My name is Justyna, born in Tiger year 1986. Polish-Silesian enthusiastic Yogi Girl currently living in Holland, where I share my energy with others.
In 2017 I was honored to welcome in this world my daughter Nela.. and since that day she is my teacher of patience, pure love and kindness. She definitely opened my heart more to the surrounding world. Practice under the guidance of my Hatha Yoga Teacher Rekah Shah from India inspired me to deepen my Yoga practice, breathing techniques and yoga philosophy. I hope for students to leave my classes feeling well rounded, deeply connected to their bodies, and awakened. The prenatal class is a preparation to a natural birth with yoga and generally comprises a breathing exercise (pranayama), work out poses (asana), and relaxation exercise (savasana). The main learning outcomes are to help moms-to-be build better core, pelvic strength, balance, overall strength and endurance for a smoother labor. This class is also designed to help moms regain strength and figure faster after delivery. I didn’t stick to Ashtanga after few shoulder injury. I’m teaching Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Yin&Yang, Yin Yoga and Prenatal Yoga.
